OUR ROOMS

An Adult only Bed & Breakfast offering a peaceful, restful environment,  the bedrooms at Sutherland House are unlike any other in Southwold. The house dates from 1450, and many of the original features are still visible, with pargetted ceilings (c 1660), beams, original foot wide elm floorboards (c1450), fireplaces, and a medieval window. All of this historic fabric contrasts with the contemporary furnishings, zoffany fabrics and design classics, such as Le Corbuisier Chaise Longues and Eileen Grey coffee tables. (Sorry No pets)

 BREAKFAST

On your day of arrival you will receive a tx at 16.00 hrs asking if you require breakfast and what time, if you could please complete this it will automatically save you a spot in the restaurant.
